Job Description

Seeking a motivated Marketing & Creative Recruiter to support hiring across marketing, digital, and creative teams. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for positions such as digital marketers, designers, content creators, and creative specialists. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in sales or staffing who is looking to grow into a specialized recruiting role. The ideal candidate is driven, organized, and interested in building expertise in marketing and creative talent acquisition.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for marketing and creative roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques
  • Screen candidates and assess alignment with role requirements and team fit
  • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates
  • Track activity and update candidate progress within the ATS
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, recruiting, or staffing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in marketing, digital, or creative roles
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
