Seeking a motivated Marketing & Creative Recruiter to support hiring across marketing, digital, and creative teams. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for positions such as digital marketers, designers, content creators, and creative specialists. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in sales or staffing who is looking to grow into a specialized recruiting role. The ideal candidate is driven, organized, and interested in building expertise in marketing and creative talent acquisition.
Job Responsibility
Manage full-cycle recruiting for marketing and creative roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination)
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques
Screen candidates and assess alignment with role requirements and team fit
Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates
Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates
Track activity and update candidate progress within the ATS
Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
1+ year of experience in sales, recruiting, or staffing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in marketing, digital, or creative roles
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
Nice to have
Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Exposure to marketing or creative roles (internship, coursework, or recruiting experience)
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or sourcing tools
Basic understanding of creative portfolios or digital marketing functions
