Marketing Creative Lead – Farringdon. Join a leading construction company as its Marketing Creative Lead and take charge of a major company-wide rebrand. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll own the brand’s visual identity and elevate the creative output across every channel. Fully on-site in Farringdon, Monday–Friday.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and deliver a full visual rebrand across digital, print and physical spaces
  • Own the brand identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoint
  • Run creative audits and brand workshops to shape tone, positioning and direction
  • Build brand guidelines and a centralised digital asset library
  • Manage agencies, freelancers and creative partners
  • Design standout marketing materials—brochures, social assets, signage, presentations and more
  • Oversee website and social visuals, supporting UX and design improvements
  • Curate photography, video and all visual assets
  • Review and approve creative output to maintain high standards
  • Juggle multiple projects while keeping quality, timelines and budgets on track
