Job Description:

This is a long-term contract position where the Marketing Coordinator will contribute to marketing initiatives across various areas, including social media, event coordination, and internal communications.

Job Responsibility:

Schedule, monitor, and post engaging content across various social media platforms
Collaborate with vendors to manage marketing materials such as giveaways, banners, and brochures
Provide internal marketing support to corporate departments and operational teams
Assist in planning and coordinating quarterly trade shows, working closely with internal teams and external partners
Design and edit marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring high-quality visuals
Organize and execute internal events to foster employee appreciation and engagement
Develop creative flyers and communication materials for internal use
Support multimedia efforts, including graphics and social media content, in collaboration with the broader marketing team
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure seamless delivery of marketing projects

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including design tools
Experience coordinating events, such as trade shows and internal company gatherings
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation
Ability to create visually appealing flyers and marketing materials
Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration
Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Previous experience in marketing or communications, with at least 1 year of relevant work
A proactive attitude and willingness to take on varied tasks in a dynamic environment
