Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a temporary Marketing Coordinator to support their team in Washington, DC for 3 months!
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate proposals and RFPs, track proposal activity, and collaborate across teams
Develop, update, and maintain marketing collateral and communications, including web content, social media, attorney bios, pitch materials, and practice messaging
Coordinate and support internal and external events, conferences, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities
Conduct and disseminate research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats that enhance client value
Manage marketing data, mailing lists, and performance metrics using CRM and research platforms
Perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the extended team as needed
Requirements:
3+ years of marketing or business development experience
A law firm background is preferred
Otherwise, a professional services background is required
A bachelor's degree is required
Self-disciplined with sound judgement and exceptional problem-solving skills
Proficient with MS Office, CRMs, marketing databases, and CMS
