This is a fully onsite opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized professional to support firmwide marketing, communications, and business development initiatives in a fast-paced office environment.
Job Responsibility:
Draft, edit, and distribute marketing materials, client updates, newsletters, seminar materials, and website content
Maintain accurate and segmented mailing lists
Prepare pitches, RFPs, and perform market research in coordination with internal teams
Plan, organize, and execute events, including managing logistics, invitations, and coordination with vendors and facilities
Support social media initiatives by drafting post copy and coordinating with graphics team
Assist with onboarding materials for new hires
Ensure website and content materials are current and accurate
Manage CLE/CE processes and firm swag inventory
Assist with short- and long-term marketing projects as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Experience in marketing or business development preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational, time management, and project management abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, basic HTML, and other marketing platforms
