Seeking a creative, organized, and detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to support and execute marketing initiatives for our commercial real estate portfolio. This role plays a key part in promoting property listings, supporting client marketing needs, and driving new business opportunities through both traditional and digital channels
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute marketing plans for commercial property listings, including branding and promotional strategies
Create marketing materials using Canva, including property flyers, brochures, email graphics, and social media content
Manage and execute social media marketing across company platforms to increase visibility, engagement, and lead generation
Plan, schedule, and monitor social media posts
track performance and recommend improvements
Create and manage marketing campaigns designed to generate leads and support leasing and sales activity
Coordinate project timelines and oversee execution to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
Conduct market research and surveys to analyze target markets and regional trends
Manage and maintain marketing databases, property listings, and client information
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure marketing objectives are met
Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships to support business development
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
1–3 years of experience in marketing, real estate, or a related role preferred
Proficiency with Canva and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Experience managing content calendars and basic social media analytics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and branding consistency
