Our client is an international telecommunications company and a key player in global connectivity. The company leads cutting-edge infrastructure development across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. At this moment, they are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Department in the execution of day-to-day marketing activities, content management, coordination with internal teams, and support for commercial initiatives and industry events. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and the Designer, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment across all marketing initiatives and deliverables.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate, create, and publish content for corporate websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media channels (primarily LinkedIn)
Support the creation of marketing and corporate content, including posts, press releases, email campaigns, and corporate communications
Update and maintain company websites using WordPress or other CMS platforms
Monitor digital marketing performance and assist with KPI reporting
Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all marketing channels and materials
Provide marketing support to all subsidiaries, including updates to presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and sales materials
Coordinate internal marketing requests from the sales team (content creation, assets, case studies, etc.)
Maintain and organize the library of marketing and commercial resources
Support the planning and execution of corporate events, industry conferences, and trade shows
Assist with event logistics, materials preparation, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up (lead management, reporting, content creation)
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and strong brand visibility during events
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in a marketing department or agency (internships accepted)
Strong written communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of social media management (especially LinkedIn)
SEO basics and content optimization
Google Ads
Google Analytics
WordPress or other CMS platforms
English: high level (mandatory)
Arabic: highly valued
French: highly valued
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Problem-solving mindset
