EF Language Abroad is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and sales driven Marketing Coordinator taking the program to the next level! The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in EF Ecuador's commercial department. Based in the Quito office and reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will primarily focus on business development with schools and universities. The main objective of this role is to establish partnerships with the top schools in each city, generate business opportunities, and ensure that the company receives high-quality leads for conversion.

Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting goals and objectives to develop and improve the business
Plan and execute the activities you will run daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly with the help of your direct marketing and sales teams within EF
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience in digital marketing, with strong skills in Adobe Acrobat and Illustrator for designing compelling visuals
Fluency in Spanish and English
Expertise in social media management, email marketing, and digital advertising, leveraging Adobe tools for professional content
Ability to track and optimize online performance metrics
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Experience in database management and lead generation strategies
