King & Partners is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our paid media and reporting efforts across a variety of hospitality, lifestyle, and real estate accounts. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, dependable, and eager to grow within a fast-paced agency environment. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key support role across the marketing team, helping ensure campaigns are accurately tracked, budgets are closely monitored, and reporting deliverables are built with care and precision. This is a hands-on role that blends reporting, organization, and in-platform execution.
Job Responsibility:
Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting across paid media accounts, ensuring data is accurate, clearly presented, and delivered on time
Build and maintain reporting documents in Google Sheets, including pacing trackers, and marketing calendars
Assist in creating client-facing presentations in Keynote and Looker Studio and deliver campaign performance updates, creative insights, and next steps
Help update and maintain Looker Studio dashboards, or work closely with the Analytics team members to make sure dashboards are accurate and up to date
Monitor daily campaign pacing and budgets across multiple accounts, flagging issues or discrepancies quickly
Perform basic in-platform support tasks in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid social platforms, including creating ads, updating creative, adjusting settings, and QA’ing campaign details
Assist the team with campaign setup to ensure launches happen accurately and on schedule
Help review campaign performance across channels and identify basic trends in KPIs such as spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, and ROAS
Collaborate closely with marketing managers and cross-functional teams to keep projects organized and moving forward
Stay current on platform updates and best practices across paid media and reporting tools
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in a marketing, media, analytics, or coordinator role, ideally within an agency, hospitality, lifestyle, or e-commerce environment
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and comfort working in spreadsheets on a daily basis
Experience building presentations in Keynote with strong attention to detail and formatting
Familiarity with Looker Studio is strongly preferred
Basic understanding of paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other social channels
Working knowledge of core paid media KPIs and metrics, including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, CPA, and ROAS
Strong attention to detail, especially when handling reports, budgets, and campaign setup
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take direction while growing into more responsibility
Must be a strong collaborator and able to work well independently when needed
Nice to have:
Experience with paid media reporting for hospitality or luxury brands
Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4
Experience working with campaign pacing documents, budget trackers, or dashboard QA
Comfort working across both reporting and executional tasks in a fast-moving environment
