We are seeking a creative, organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will help us strengthen our local engagement, community-relationships, and our brand presence.
Job Responsibility:
Plan and coordinate all events including Ace national, store specific, and local chamber events
Work closely with local tourism and chamber offices
Oversee community donation and sponsorship requests
Represent Bralys in event and holiday meetings
Schedule and create wedding registries
Coordinate and create all advertising materials including: billboards, magazine ads, and email tool
Work with local print shops to design store merchandise (hats and shirts)
Work with brand co-ops to ensure that marketing materials meet the requirements for co-op funds
Coordinate with social media contacts in each location to create new and inviting social media posts
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and between stores
Plan campaigns around events, holidays, and sales
Oversee Sign Kit execution Monthly
Manage and promote Ace Rewards promotions and incitatives
Help with event shopping (holiday, Mother's Day, Father's Day, county show baskets)
Requirements:
Social Media and Marketing Knowledge
Graphic Design Experience preferred (Canva)
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
Passion for local business and customer experience
