As the APAC Marketing Coordinator you will support and execute the B2B marketing activities in Asia Pacific and more specifically, the ANZ region. There will be a focus on organising digital lead generation and email nurturing campaigns, and regular online/offline B2B events. This includes day-to-day planning and managing of regional campaigns, and event management and operations such as logistics and timelines. In support of brand building, you will also work on content localisation for the APAC and ANZ market and projects across assets and channels such as our website and landing pages, collaterals such as brochures, email marketing, LinkedIn ads, etc. In this full-time position, you will report to the VP of Marketing, APAC, and partner closely with the global marketing team and the APAC sales team as well as with other internal stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, develop and deliver integrated B2B campaigns across digital, social, print, events and owned channels for key APAC markets
Conduct full funnel performance analysis (i.e. from lead to new deals closed), and collaborate with sales to ensure leads flow down the funnel, driving revenue growth and ROI from marketing activity
Be the local ANZ marketing custodian for the Australian office, supporting sales and operations on ground for events and onsite marketing related activity
Plan and assist in multi-channel regional lead generation campaigns, from planning to execution in collaboration with media and creative agencies for channels such as emails, social and paid media
Manage and develop creatives and content, and adaptations (e.g. localisation, A/B testing), inclusive of landing page optimisations
Support in copywriting for email marketing, organic social, paid media
CRM management to ensure smooth flow of new leads to sales teams for follow up
Reporting of campaign performance data and use insights for campaign optimisation for future initiatives
Plan and execute on the region’s events strategy and plans for both online (i.e. webinars) and offline (i.e. trade shows, roundtables, large scale)
Manage project timelines and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that deliverables and deadlines are met to expectation
Coordinate and manage event logistics including sourcing for venues, F&B, merchandise, preparing event collateral and materials, assist with presentation preparation with event speakers, etc.
Engage with sales leaders and teams respectively to provide excellent coordination, execution and marketing support, and ensure lead follow-ups are completed by sellers
Develop pre and post event communication plans and content (i.e. event recruitment, post-event comms) to ensure prospects and clients are engaged to drive registration and reduction in dropouts
Work with creative team and/or external agencies to have content created, adapted and localised where necessary
Requirements:
2-3 years of B2B marketing experience
Experience in digital lead generation marketing and content creation is preferred
Experience with Adobe Illustrator, or similar platforms is preferred
Experience in HR services industry (B2B) is preferred
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organisational, coordination and project management skills
Ability to prioritise your tasks across multiple projects
Understanding of marketing and sales funnel is preferred
Flexible hours may be required to manage projects across regions and time zones
