Job Description:

Marketing Coordinator position at The Artiste Kochi, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, focused on promoting brand awareness, maximizing revenue through sales techniques, and providing excellent guest service while maintaining company standards and policies.

Job Responsibility:

Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
Recognize opportunities to up-sell customers and sell enhancements
Encourage guests to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours
Explain details and requirements for sales presentations
Verify eligibility requirements for preview package sales
Determine and give complimentaries to guests
Answer guest questions about property facilities/services
Receive, record, and relay messages accurately

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
