Robert Half client is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in San Ramon, California. In this role, you will act as a key partner in supporting divisional marketing initiatives and ensuring the seamless execution of community-level campaigns. This position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, passionate about marketing, and enjoys collaborating with diverse teams in the construction or real estate industry.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary marketing resource for sales leaders and consultants, providing on-the-ground support for divisional campaigns
Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including flyers and sales collateral, in collaboration with regional teams
Manage signage inventory, coordinate installations and removals with vendors, and ensure all community signage is accurate and up-to-date
Plan and execute logistics for local events such as grand openings, broker gatherings, sales promotions, and open house weekends
Support the launch of new communities by overseeing office set-up, signage installation, and basic systems setup in partnership with merchandising teams
Collaborate with content teams to capture photography of homes, neighborhoods, and lifestyle imagery to enhance marketing efforts
Maintain an organized inventory of branded materials and ensure the marketing closet is stocked and accessible
Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and regional marketing teams to ensure campaigns are implemented efficiently and effectively
Monitor and update community-level listings and oversee accurate signage for Quick Move-In homes
Assist with regional and national campaign rollouts at the community level to ensure consistency and alignment with brand standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
a high school diploma is required
0-2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role, with proven success in coordinating campaigns
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with digital tools such as Canva and Airtable
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong working relationships with teams and vendors
Resourceful and solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Availability for weekly travel within assigned divisions to support community-level marketing activities
Nice to have:
Experience in home building, real estate, or consumer-facing industries is a plus
