Job Description:

Creative and highly organized individual with a passion for driving impactful marketing initiatives. Play a vital part in the coordination and execution of social media campaigns, email marketing, website updates, and other digital content projects.

Job Responsibility:

Coordination and execution of social media campaigns
Execution of email marketing
Website updates
Digital content projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain timelines
Ensure brand consistency
Help agents grow their business

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in marketing, content coordination, or related fields
Proficient in social media platforms
Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRMs
Understanding of website CMS platforms (basic coding ability is a bonus)
Knowledge of Google Analytics and ability to interpret reporting data
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities

Nice to have:

Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer)
Experience with PPC campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience
Previous experience in real estate marketing or a service-driven industry
