This Marketing Coordinator position is key to project visibility and sales performance. By joining this industry leader, you will work with experts where your creativity and rigor in business administration will be fully recognized. Bilingualism (French/English) is required (50% of tasks) for daily lead management, writing bilingual promotional content, and collaborating with English-speaking partners outside Quebec, ensuring maximum reach for our real estate projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and ensure rigorous follow-up of leads from various platforms
  • Promote real estate projects through impactful marketing campaigns
  • Manage social media channels and engage the community
  • Create and distribute strategic newsletters for customer loyalty
  • Coordinate marketing activities with the sales team to optimize results

Requirements:

  • DEC or Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the real estate or marketing sector
  • Expert bilingualism (French/English) required for 50% of communications
  • Mastery of SEO and analytical tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs)
  • In-depth knowledge of creation and automation platforms (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Mailchimp, or HubSpot)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) and the Office suite
  • Excellent bilingual writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media management and newsletter platforms
  • Creative mindset combined with strong analytical and organizational skills
