As our new Marketing Coordinator for the region of France, you will not only manage the social media and content for France but also serve as the crucial link to the sales department. Through your lead qualification and administrative support, you will help us further conquer the French market.
Job Responsibility:
Create, schedule, and manage engaging posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to increase brand visibility in the French market
Draft and edit high-quality content for email campaigns and social media, ensuring all communications align perfectly with the corporate tone of voice
Interview customers and coordinate the production of French-language case studies and testimonial videos to showcase successful projects
Prequalify incoming leads within the CRM (HubSpot). Reach out to prospects to ask discovery questions and gather key information before handing them over to the Sales Managers
Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, open houses, and live product demonstrations across the France region
Translate diverse marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and technical data sheets, from English to French
Manage automated email sequences and templates
provide support to the sales team to optimize their use of the CRM system
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1+ years in marketing/sales support
French and fluent English (essential for global coordination)
Proficient in social media (LinkedIn, FB, IG), MS Office, and CRM (HubSpot preferred)
Excellent writing skills with flawless French grammar and spelling
