Job Responsibility:

Project Management: Oversee online and live events, liaising with suppliers and venues, collaborating with sales teams, and managing logistics and budgets
Internal Communications: Utilise marketing tools to manage communications, including webinars and newsletters
Content Management: Maintain and curate content on our company intranet (SharePoint), ensuring it aligns with business needs
Marketing Coordination: Work closely with key contacts to implement sales promotions and marketing programmes from conception to execution
Reporting: Prepare regular status reports on marketing efforts and offer insights for continuous improvement

Requirements:

Previous experience in a B2B marketing role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic to intermediate HTML
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical abilities with a knack for identifying trends and root causes
Highly organised and detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach
Creative thinker with the ability to work autonomously
