We are seeking a detail-orientated and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing effective marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate event registrations. The ideal candidate will perform with agility and excel in prioritisation of a broad range of responsibilities as they work with multiple Marketing Managers to deliver projects and deadlines across events and industries.
Job Responsibility
Support the execution of event marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Deliver marketing campaigns across digital, print and social media channels
Have a general knowledge of the industry to identify trends, opportunities, new partners and target audiences
Develop engaging content for social media, websites, and campaign assets
Ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all channels
Track campaign performance and analyse data to inform decision-making and reporting
Work closely with Marketing Managers, sales teams, and external partners
Collaborate across teams to deliver customer engagement and drive business outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1-3 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in a b2b environment
Strong organisational skills and project management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Analytical skills with an interest in data-driven marketing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
Ability to work collaboratively while managing priorities independently
