Marketing Coordinator

• Develop and coordinate marketing materials including proposals, presentations, brochures, and digital content
• Support business development activities through market research and client engagement tracking
• Manage and update the company website and social media platforms with relevant project updates and service offerings
• Assist with RFP/RFQ responses and project submissions
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather project data, visuals, and technical content
• Maintain branding consistency across all external communications
• Assist with event planning and client communications, including email campaigns and newsletters.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role within a professional services, architecture, or civil engineering environment
• Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
