Job Description:

JWB is looking for a passionate and energetic marketing professional to join its team. This role will be pivotal in driving lead generation, enhancing brand presence, and ensuring multi-channel marketing success across our brands. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and ready to grow their career inside a growing and quickly-evolving marketing organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Implement and manage JWB brand and messaging in all lead, client, and resident communications across a variety of platforms and channels
  • Manage email and SMS marketing communications, campaigns, and journeys for all JWB brands
  • Manage digital funnels for JWB Real Estate Capital brand, including all web content
  • Manage and support performance marketing activities, including setting up, monitoring, and analyzing campaigns in paid search, paid social, and other paid advertising mediums
  • Leverage key platforms including Salesforce, Account Engagement, Calendly, Zapier, and others, as required to support the operations of the business
  • Analyze funnel performance using data aggregated in Google Analytics, Salesforce, Google Ads, Meta ads, and other platforms
  • Develop marketing assets in Canva, WordPress, and other creative platforms, as needed
  • Provide ad hoc support to sales, service, leasing, property management, and realty teams, as needed to meet shared goals
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals and key performance indicators
  • Represent the organization in a mature and professional manner in and out of the office
  • Seek opportunities for continued growth and education
  • Be flexible and willing to own any other duties as needed to support the team and business

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in marketing and marketing communications
  • Strong grasp of marketing automation, email messaging, engagement, and conversion
  • Superior communication skills, collaborative with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Work well in a team-oriented environment and analyze decisions with broad perspective
  • Results-oriented leader with high level of self-motivation
  • Exhibit coachability and humility toward continual professional growth
  • Highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, WordPress, Internet applications and related software
  • Demonstrate effective and efficient decision-making skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Salesforce and Account Engagement a plus
  • An understanding of the real estate market is an advantage but not required
