Job Description

Our client, a national trade association is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to convert in Washington, D.C.

Job Responsibility

  • Support execution of marketing campaigns across email, web, and social channels
  • Manage outbound communications and assist with content creation
  • Coordinate campaign deployment tied to events, membership, and revenue initiatives
  • Assist with marketing automation, audience segmentation, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Schedule and publish marketing content aligned with campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Track campaign performance and support reporting and analytics
  • Provide general administrative and operational marketing support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of marketing or communications experience
  • Experience with email marketing, CRM systems, and CMS tools
  • Understanding of campaign execution, audience targeting, and content strategy
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
