An Entertainment brand seeking a highly organized and collaborative Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of cross-platform marketing campaigns for a leading entertainment organization. Job Responsibility:
Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and cross-platform promotional initiatives designed to drive awareness and audience engagement
Maintain and update marketing plans, campaign briefs, production charts, and delivery timelines to ensure teams and partners are aligned on project milestones and deadlines
Manage the organization, distribution, and tracking of marketing assets, ensuring all creative materials are stored and shared efficiently across teams
Coordinate creative requests with internal creative teams and route materials through the appropriate review and approval processes, including legal and marketing stakeholders
Track and maintain campaign budgets and reporting documents, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
Compile campaign updates and performance data into clear presentations and reports for internal stakeholders
Assist with the distribution of updated creative asset packages and marketing materials to partners and team members on a weekly basis
Maintain project documentation and ensure that campaign details are communicated clearly to relevant departments and partners
Attend team meetings, capture key notes and updates, and track project status across multiple initiatives
Manage meeting logistics, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and conference room bookings
Contribute creative ideas and support additional marketing initiatives and projects as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong computer proficiency on Mac and Windows platforms, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders, internal teams, and external partners
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
Detail-oriented and able to maintain professionalism under pressure
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams
Understanding of social media platforms and emerging digital trends
