Job Description:

Marketing Coordinator position at Four Points by Sheraton Kochi Infopark, promoting brand awareness and using sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty to Marriott.

Job Responsibility:

Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
Recognize opportunities to up-sell the customer and sell enhancements
Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours
Explain details and requirements related to attending sales presentations
Verify eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours
Determine and give complimentaries to guests as gifts for their patronage
Answer guest questions about property facilities/services
Receive, record, and relay messages accurately

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
