Support the planning, coordination, and execution of global marketing campaigns and initiatives across pharmaceutical brands and therapeutic areas
Manage marketing operations activities including project timelines, asset development, approval workflows, and distribution of marketing materials
Coordinate marketing budgets, forecasts, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting, ensuring activities are delivered within budget and in line with financial processes
Support vendor and agency management activities, including contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase Orders (POs), onboarding, and procurement compliance requirements
Partner with Global Marketing, Regional Teams, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and external agencies to ensure effective delivery of marketing initiatives
Coordinate review and approval processes for marketing materials, ensuring compliance with medical, legal, regulatory, and internal governance requirements
Monitor project progress, budgets, and key milestones, preparing reports, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders
Maintain accurate marketing records, documentation, asset libraries, and internal systems to support operational excellence and audit readiness
Requirements
Experience in a marketing coordination, marketing operations, or similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry
Strong financial and budget management skills, including forecasting, invoicing, reconciliation, and expenditure tracking
Familiarity with procurement, contract management, and agency/vendor management processes
Excellent organisational, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment
Strong attention to detail, with a proactive approach to compliance, governance, and process management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
experience with financial, procurement, or project management systems is advantageous
Experience working within a global organisation and supporting activities across multiple international markets is highly desirable
