Job Description:

Are you a recent college grad looking to break into the marketing and advertising world? RedTag is an award-winning full service creative and advertising agency, and we’re looking for an energetic, organized, and driven individual to join our team. You’ll be the first face clients see, a key part of our agency culture, and a hands-on contributor to our marketing and office operations. You'll gain direct access to executive leadership, mentorship, and real opportunities to grow in the digital marketing space.

Job Responsibility:

Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
Support the leadership team with administrative and scheduling tasks
Assist with internal marketing projects
Help keep the office running smoothly: ordering supplies, organizing, event planning, etc.
Work closely with our creative and digital teams to support ongoing client projects
Participate in brainstorms, team meetings, and culture-building activities
Be a vital part of our growing agency culture

Requirements:

A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team-first mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Interest in marketing, design, branding, and digital media
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and take initiative
Eagerness to learn and grow with mentorship and hands-on experience
