Robert Half’s marketing & creative is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a 7-month contract opportunity in the Greater Boston area. This is a remote, 35–40 hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to work eastern (ET) hours. The Marketing Coordinator will support ongoing marketing initiatives, sales enablement efforts, and the development of compliant, customer-facing content for a highly regulated organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer who can balance accuracy, collaboration, and light creative execution in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support cross-channel marketing initiatives by managing timelines, deliverables, and approvals during high-volume work periods
Coordinate marketing requests, workflows, and asset reviews
Develop, edit, and maintain regulated marketing content
Partner with internal stakeholders to create and update materials that support client-facing teams
Assist with the creation, coordination, and trafficking of digital and creative assets
Ensure all materials meet compliance requirements, regulatory standards, and internal brand guidelines
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, compliance, sales, and project management teams
Requirements:
Degree in marketing, communications, or related
2+ years of in-house or agency experience working within a highly regulated marketing environment
Experience using project management tools (Workfront, Asana, etc.)
Proofreading skills
Detail-oriented
Self-starter
Excellent communication and project management skills
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Prior healthcare, pharma, or biotech industry experience
