Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Sacramento, California. As part of this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in supporting marketing initiatives, administrative tasks, and design projects for our commercial real estate brokerage producers. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across departments, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to the success of our brokerage team while maintaining the highest standards of branding and client service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide comprehensive support to commercial real estate brokers, ensuring their marketing, design, and administrative needs are met efficiently
  • Oversee and execute marketing strategies and projects aligned with company branding guidelines to enhance client engagement
  • Design and manage creative content using branded templates, ensuring consistency across all deliverables
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organization and delivering high-quality results
  • Collaborate with brokers, research teams, and client service coordinators to drive business success and elevate client service
  • Handle administrative functions effectively, including scheduling, documentation, and communication tasks
  • Develop and distribute compelling marketing materials such as email campaigns, social media content, and property listings
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Office tools to create visually appealing designs and presentations
  • Ensure all marketing deliverables meet deadlines and align with the company's objectives
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and provide solutions to challenges that may arise during projects

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in marketing, administrative support, or graphic design
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate, residential real estate, or construction industries is preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Express) and Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle 20+ projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and social media content creation
  • A proactive approach to delivering exceptional customer service and meeting client expectations
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and in-house platforms with ease

Nice to have:

Familiarity with commercial real estate, residential real estate, or construction industries
