The Walt Disney Company's Games & Digital Entertainment business is one of the world's largest licensors of games across multiple platforms. Our teams work closely with internal and external development partners to create original stories through high-quality games and experiences inspired by the worlds of Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, 20th Century Studios and more. The Disney Digital Entertainment team is seeking a Marketing Coordinator, Strategy to support some of Disney Digital Entertainment’s most exciting licensed and vertical projects. This hands-on marketer will help to deliver forward-thinking campaigns across a variety of projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Marketing: support marketing team in the development and execution of GTM plans for assigned licensed and vertical projects to drive top-line growth and captivate audiences globally
  • Marketing Operations: support day-to-day marketing operations and functions including managing master calendars, agendas, marketing material submissions, and project management tools
  • Cross-Company Collaboration: assist in the development of compelling, performance driven integrated synergy marketing campaigns for assigned projects globally
  • Data-Driven Insights: leverage market research, intelligence, and analytics to support the thoughtful development of marketing plans and performance updates for assigned projects
  • Relationship Building & Partner Engagement: Cultivate and strengthen positive, outcome-oriented relationships with business partner marketing leads

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Marketing in gaming industry strongly preferred
  • Goal-oriented strategic, creative, and proactive problem solver with a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high-level of corporate professionalism and organizational savvy
  • Excellent analytical skills — ability to translate qualitative/quantitative data into actionable insights that get results
  • Strong communication skills, with a track record of supporting marketing teams to execute creative briefs, GTM plans, and postmortems that deliver clear business results
  • Deep knowledge of the entertainment landscape, pop culture, social media, and gaming media trends
  • Creative thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and thrives on bringing new ideas to life
