Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator, Meetings, and Events will provide administrative and logistical support for conferences, meetings, and event initiatives. This is a 6-month contract position. Job Responsibility

  • Support the coordination and execution of meetings, conferences, and events
  • Assist with logistics such as travel coordination, shipping materials, meeting schedules, and on-site event support
  • Maintain records related to consultant and speaker activities, reimbursements, and event documentation
  • Process invoices, maintain expense records, and provide administrative support for budget tracking
  • Support the development of event-related marketing materials and communications
  • Work with internal teams to support event preparation and communications
  • Organize and maintain contact databases including attendees, vendors, and stakeholders

Requirements

  • 1+ years of administrative, marketing, event coordination, or related experience preferred
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to travel occasionally as required for events and meetings
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support a collaborative team environment

Nice to have

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
