As a Marketing Coordinator, you would be responsible for assisting our Marketing Directors in fulfilling their tasks and responsibilities to our partners. Marketing Coordinators work in collaborative partnership with their Marketing Director to provide our partners with the support and strategy necessary to achieve their business goals by focusing their efforts on internal management and partner communication. As a Marketing Coordinator, your four main objectives are to manage efficiency and scalability of workflow, create partner relationship security, task management and implementation, and quality assurance.

Act as primary notetaker and implement follow-up tasks

Promptly address partner inquiries
Oversee creation of social media content plans and strategies
Ensure content quality and alignment with partner objectives
Collaborate across departments for website content curation
Coordinate with web development teams for website building
Oversee ongoing updates to website
Manage design and procurement of marketing materials
Keep stakeholders informed about status of marketing assets
Support Marketing Director in devising shoot plans and scheduling production days
Aid in development and execution of advertising strategies
Contribute strategic insights to digital marketing initiatives
Address and resolve partner inquiries and issues
Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks
Tackle problem-solving challenges
Requirements
Enthusiastic individual with strong desire to learn and expand marketing expertise
Motivated to ask questions, implement direction, and seek additional projects
Someone who takes time to understand partner's brands, products, and services
Bachelor's degree preferred with marketing specialization
Experience in marketing, advertising, and administrative tasks preferred
Understanding of SEO/SEM, display advertising, social media, email, and commercial production
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills for partner-facing activities
Project management experience and time-management skills
Familiarity with project management software is an asset
Good computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data, uploading website content
Working knowledge of basic computer applications
Experience in web page development and graphic design being very helpful
