Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator role at NTT DATA focuses on supporting and coordinating marketing activities across Central and Eastern Europe. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing operations and business coordination, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Key responsibilities include coordinating marketing plans, tracking budgets, and supporting executive communications. This contractor role offers visibility and the opportunity to shape marketing coordination in the region. Remote-friendly with occasional travel required.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate marketing activities across multiple Central & Eastern European countries
  • Act as a key link between regional marketing leadership, local country marketing teams, and sales stakeholders
  • Ensure regional priorities are clearly communicated, understood, and implemented locally
  • Support country teams in preparing and aligning country marketing plans
  • Track and follow up on marketing budgets, forecasts, and timelines
  • Ensure leads generated by global and regional campaigns are properly followed up with sales
  • Monitor execution progress and proactively flag risks, delays, or misalignment
  • Support regional leadership with executive and leadership visits
  • Assist with preparation of presentations, decks, and regional communications
  • Help organize all-hands meetings and cross-country touchpoints
  • Work with systems such as Salesforce and reporting dashboards to track leads and performance
  • Bring structure to multiple parallel initiatives and competing priorities
  • Coordinate information flow and ensure decisions are documented and followed up
