This is where creativity meets strategy. As a member of the Baxter Marketing team, you will work on designing, developing and implementing marketing programs and pricing strategies. You’ll leverage your expertise to present our life-sustaining and live-saving products and services to the relevant market sector. Working in collaboration with the sales and technical teams, there will be opportunity for learning, development and future career growth across a variety of fields within Baxter.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the creation of campaign concepts and visual layouts in collaboration with marketing managers
  • Build, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms
  • Assist with the setup, tracking, and reporting of campaigns in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and correct campaign structure
  • Use SalesForce data, Excel, Tableau and Power-BI dashboards to support campaign tracking, reporting, customer segmentation and analysis
  • Develop and adapt visual assets including direct mail campaigns, campaign pages, and sales enablement materials
  • Ensure all assets align with Baxter brand guidelines and visual identity
  • Use Adobe InDesign for day‑to‑day design projects
  • Canva and Photoshop when required
  • Maintain and update digital content across websites, CRM, and campaign channels
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and workflows through technology and AI‑enabled features
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital and AI tools relevant to design, content creation, email marketing, and automation
  • Work closely with marketing managers, sales teams, and Commercial Excellence colleagues to support marketing needs
  • Communicate clearly, proactively, and positively with cross‑functional stakeholders

Requirements

  • Tertiary studies in marketing, communications, digital media, business, analytics, design, or a related field
  • Experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, marketing operations, or related roles (agency or in‑house)
  • Solid design capability with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work (campaign assets, eDMs, sales materials)
  • Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Illustrator essential
  • Photoshop a plus) and familiarity with Canva
  • Comfort working with data, including CRM systems, spreadsheets, and campaign performance metrics
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM, email marketing platforms, and web content editors
  • Understanding of email marketing fundamentals and end‑to‑end campaign execution
  • Strong attention to detail across both creative assets and data accuracy
  • Interest in emerging technologies, including AI tools for content creation, workflow optimisation, and marketing automation
  • Willingness to prepare and present updates or insights to sales and marketing teams when required.
