Job Description:

We are transforming customer journeys to accelerate growth and elevate the overall customer experience. This role establishes the divisional benchmark for journey design and commercial excellence discipline, while scaling best practices across Business Units and the broader marketing and sales organization. As our Marketing Conversion & CX Specialist, you will define journey stages, diagnostics, and actionable strategies; oversee lead management and sales handoffs; and scale proven methodologies. You will lead the execution of key commercial marketing activations for the Energy Division and provide commercial guidance to divisional, business units, sales and marketing teams. You will take ownership of end-to-end customer journey and commercial marketing insights, drive lead growth and conversion, and enhance win rates.
