Job Responsibility:
Define and own the global content and marketing strategy across all channels
Build clear, compelling narratives for both institutional and crypto-native audiences
Lead content production across blogs, research, whitepapers, social media, newsletters, and PR
Partner closely with sales and product teams to support go-to-market initiatives and product launches
Develop high-impact thought leadership content including market insights, opinion pieces, and reports
Manage external writers, agencies, and internal contributors to ensure consistent quality and tone
Track performance metrics and continuously optimise content effectiveness and reach
Requirements:
Must be based in London, New York, Zurich, Singapore or Dubai
6-10+ years’ experience in content marketing, brand strategy, or editorial leadership
Strong background in crypto, Web3, fintech, or financial markets
Proven ability to translate complex technical or financial topics into clear, engaging content
Strategic mindset with strong editorial judgement and storytelling skills
Experience working closely with executive leadership and senior stakeholders
Nice to have:
Experience marketing to institutional investors or professional trading audiences
Background in journalism, research, or financial writing
