  • Coordinate content workflows from concept through launch, keeping teams and timelines on track
  • Build and manage editorial calendars, recommending fresh topics and creative content formats
  • Support content deployment, publishing, and reporting, tracking key performance metrics and optimizing results
  • Distill complex industry research into concise, engaging content for diverse audiences
  • Ensure accuracy, member focus, and brand consistency in everything you create

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
  • 1–3+ years’ content writing/editing experience (financial services experience a plus)
  • Exceptional writing skills—clear, concise, and engaging
  • Strong organizational instincts, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience managing content calendars and collaborating across teams
  • Creative, data-driven, adaptable, and proactive

Nice to have

  • Experience with insurance, annuities, or financial services content
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
