Walter P Moore is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Content Assistant Intern to support our corporate marketing team with website and SharePoint updates. This position will focus on developing, organizing, and compiling content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with our brand messaging. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our marketing coordinators and technical staff in the US and India to gather information, refresh content, develop new content using the various platforms for project and service descriptions and maintain project information for use in other web-based deliveries.
Job Responsibility:
Curate, edit, and organize content for the company’s external website and internal SharePoint sites
Work with marketing coordinators in the US and India to determine project priorities and schedules
Update and refine service descriptions, project information, and staff bios for clarity and consistency
Coordinate with subject matter experts and internal teams to ensure content accuracy
Format content according to established templates and brand guidelines
Track updates, maintain version control, and assist in keeping content repositories organized
Work with corporate website team to provide compiled and approved content to for website upload or SharePoint posting
Assist in basic quality reviews to ensure links, formatting, and text are accurate and functional
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field
0–1 years of experience in marketing, communications, or administrative support preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and comfort working across time zones with U.S.-based teams
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SharePoint or similar platforms is a plus
Ability to learn internal systems quickly and follow established workflows
