Job Description:

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Content Analyst to join a premier Financial Services team in Wilmington. In this role, you will act as a bridge between Marketing, Legal, and Execution teams to ensure that credit card marketing collateral-including emails, digital ads, and microsites-contains the correct legal disclosures and footnotes. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a candidate who possesses a "lawyer-like" mindset and a passion for marketing compliance. You will be responsible for navigating an extensive library of legal fragments to ensure every customer-facing promotion is compliant, accurate, and provides a seamless user experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Content Indication: Review creative marketing materials and identify the necessary footnotes, offers, premiums, and program agreements
  • Footnote Development: Partner with Legal and Strategy teams to maintain a centralized repository of disclosure language using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Compliance & Risk: Adhere to strict regulatory standards and internal procedures to protect the firm and the customer
  • Quality Control: Manage a high volume of requests (50-80+ per month post-training) while maintaining 100% accuracy in file and asset management
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Campaign Managers and Legal teams to resolve language discrepancies in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, campaign management, or legal/compliance review (Financial Services experience is a major plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat (for markups)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Digital Asset Management software is highly preferred
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to learn a complex library of legal disclosures and apply them logically to various marketing scenarios
  • Adaptability: Eagerness to undergo a comprehensive 3-6 month training period and thrive in a process-oriented environment
  • Candidates must be able to use their own laptop for this assignment.
