Job Description

This role is the global lead for marketing campaigns activity in SITA’s Airports Business Unit. Reporting to the Head of Airports Marketing, this role is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering integrated campaigns that drive increased awareness of SITA and its latest developments and best-in-class products within the Airport Technology sector. Building and top-of-funnel engagement and demand generation on a global scale.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and own the global campaign strategy for the Airports BU
  • Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Drive early intent lead generation and nurturing as a core outcome of campaigns
  • Own the campaign budget and manage any external agencies or vendors involved in campaign execution
  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each campaign and regularly report on results
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for Airports BU campaigns, liaising between multiple teams
  • Contribute to SITA’s position as a thought leader in airport technology
  • Stay abreast of Technology and B2B marketing best practices and bring fresh ideas to the team

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a significant focus on campaign management and demand generation
  • Experience in the technology sector is preferred – ideally in aviation/airport technology, telecom/IT, or a similar fast-paced B2B environment
  • Experience at or working with leading and innovative brands is a strong plus
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns that delivered measurable results
  • Experience in global or multi-region campaigns is highly desirable
  • Deep understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and modern demand generation strategies
  • Excellent project management skills to handle end-to-end campaign execution
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing channels and tools, including email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and web analytics
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative and innovative thinking
  • Alignment with SITA’s core values
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications (or a related field), or significant experience in a relevant role, supported by certifications in marketing

Nice to have

  • Experience in the technology sector is preferred – ideally in aviation/airport technology, telecom/IT
  • Experience at or working with leading and innovative brands is a strong plus
  • Experience in global or multi-region campaigns is highly desirable
  • Certifications in marketing (e.g., CIM, MBA, or digital marketing certifications)
