Join Our Team as a Marketing Consultant – Full-Time, In-Office. Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 1-Hour Lunch. If you’re a natural closer—someone who gets energized by helping small businesses grow and thrives on delivering real results—this could be your dream gig. At PostcardMania, we don’t just sell marketing—we consult. We guide business owners through proven, ROI-boosting strategies refined over 30 years. As part of our team, you’ll be more than a salesperson—you’ll be helping clients boom their businesses, and with every signed deal, you’ll make a measurable impact. ZERO Cold Calling – All sales are done over the phone but every lead is inbound and actively seeking marketing help. 2,500+ new leads weekly – Plenty of opportunity to close deals and build a strong pipeline. Real support and training – You’ll be supported by a proven system and ongoing coaching to help you succeed. Growth-focused culture – We promote from within, and we reward top performers.

Requirements

  • Experience in selling over the phone is a plus but NOT required
  • Outgoing, a natural extrovert, and can have a conversation with anyone
  • No fear of technology – comfortable with software
  • Ability to multi-task and correctly prioritize without stressing out
  • Persistent and can get things done despite obstacles/barriers
  • Excellent team player and willing to help others as needed
  • You want to earn a LOT of money!

Nice to have

  • Have sales experience (BONUS if it’s over the phone)
