Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Consultant to join the Global Talent Marketing team. This role is ideal for a recruitment marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building scalable, high-impact talent attraction strategies. You will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives, including the Meta data center LevelUp partnership, helping to attract top-tier talent through innovative marketing campaigns and content.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and candidate conversion
  • Create compelling social media content, including employee storytelling from concept through final video production
  • Oversee agency partners responsible for video and creative deliverables
  • Manage approval workflows between the client and external partners (e.g., Meta)
  • Support RPO initiatives with templates, channel access, and content creation
  • Lead end-to-end campaign development to increase talent community engagement and application rates
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders on talent attraction challenges
  • Manage campaign budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective execution
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and ROI improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, communications, and business teams

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in employer branding or recruitment marketing
  • Strong experience developing recruitment marketing campaigns with limited agency support
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (required)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Highly organized with a proactive, inquisitive mindset
