Job Description

The Marketing Illustrator Artist in the Creative Agency team plays a pivotal role in creating high-quality illustrations and marketing assets to support promotional campaigns for various games. This includes developing unique and visually appealing artwork for digital channels (user acquisition ads, social media, cross-promotions), as well as print materials such as posters, flyers, event graphics, and branded merchandise. The role requires close collaboration with Product Managers, User Acquisition teams, and Live Ops Managers while ensuring consistency with the game’s artistic vision and brand identity. The Illustrator Artist combines creativity and technical expertise to deliver assets that captivate audiences and enhance the overall marketing. Working under the guidance of the Creative Agency Lead, the designer brings creativity, precision, and innovation to every project.

Job Responsibility

  • Create high-quality illustrations for various marketing purposes, including banners, social media visuals, app store imagery, and promotional materials
  • Design adapt illustrative assets for in-game marketing content, such as splash screens, event banners, and themed icons
  • Develop creative assets for cross-promotions, user acquisition campaigns, and advertising platforms
  • Create branding materials, such as logos, infographics, presentations, and event-specific designs like posters and merchandise
  • Ensure all designs and illustrations are optimized for their intended platform or format, including print and digital channels
  • Able to use and combine the technical skills, creativity and attention to detail to adapt to diverse styles and project needs
  • Incorporate client feedback (lead/internal teams/licensor) and ensure revisions are completed on spec and on time
  • Adapt quickly to feedback from stakeholders, including marketing, legal, and licensing teams, ensuring the final product aligns with requirements
