Job Description:

The role involves implementing marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, managing budgets and internal communications, maintaining the company website, planning events, and collaborating with external agencies.

Job Responsibility:

Implement marketing strategies and coordinate ATL and Digital campaigns from briefing through execution
Brief, monitor, and evaluate monthly media plans for campaign effectiveness
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials
Evaluate lead conversion performance and campaign results
Manage internal communications including newsletters
Maintain budget control over campaign spend
Oversee and maintain the company’s website
Plan and execute events as part of the broader marketing strategy
Coordinate with external agencies to ensure alignment and execution of deliverables
Prepare and manage marketing materials, monthly reports, and lead generation activities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of marketing campaign execution and performance analysis
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta platforms, Wordpress, Mailchimp, and project management tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
Fluency in English
Strong creative thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Capability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
Data-driven mindset with a solid grasp of market and industry dynamics
