Job Description:

For one of our partners, a prestigious international institution located in the Kirchberg district, we are seeking a versatile and creative Marketing & Communications Officer. Joining a high-performing Marketing Division, you will evolve in a multicultural, fast-paced environment where your storytelling and organizational skills will directly support awareness and fundraising initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Crafting compelling marketing content, developing catchy straplines, and designing high-impact PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks for senior stakeholders
  • Supporting the planning, creative conceptualization, and execution of events, including post-event success measurement
  • Driving thematic projects and marketing campaigns, supported by thorough market and internal research
  • Acting as a bridge between internal departments and external service providers to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Drafting procurement documentation for external goods and services in compliance with institutional standards

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate or institutional environment
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office (specifically advanced PowerPoint and Excel)
  • An excellent command of English (written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Proficiency in other EU languages is considered a significant advantage
  • You are highly organized, autonomous, and possess a can-do attitude
  • Your ability to turn complex information into clear, persuasive visual and written content is your greatest strength

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with tools like Swoogo, Cvent, or Monday.com is a strong asset
  • Proficiency in other EU languages is considered a significant advantage
