We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing/Communications Manager to lead innovative marketing initiatives ON-SITE in the Greater Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive, multichannel marketing strategies that elevate brand presence and support business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong project management skills, and a results-driven approach to deliver impactful campaigns and materials.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the creation and updates of marketing for trade shows, public relations, sales collateral, website content, advertisements, white papers, brochures, videos, and newsletters, with a B2B focus
Lead cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Engineering, to plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns while evaluating their effectiveness
Design and implement multichannel marketing strategies utilizing various tactics such as public relations, websites, advertisements, and trade shows
Coordinate with third-party vendors to assign tasks and ensure timely delivery of materials within budget constraints
Establish and maintain brand standards to ensure consistent adherence across all company materials
Develop and manage an annual advertising and editorial calendar to align with business goals
Monitor and report on monthly department performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Create and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines and budget requirements, ensuring efficient workflow
Present marketing plans, campaign outcomes, and project recommendations to the executive team
Manage the department budget, including allocation planning and expense tracking.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or communications, with a focus on B2B strategies
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud for designing and editing marketing materials
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
Strong skills in developing editorial content and managing brand awareness initiatives
Expertise in planning and executing campaigns, including advertisements, trade shows, and public relations efforts
Solid understanding of budget management processes and allocation strategies
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships effectively
Exceptional organizational and communication skills to present plans and results to stakeholders.
