This role sits at the centre of member and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on delivering effective, data-driven email campaigns and managing integrated marketing activity across a varied and high-profile portfolio.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading the strategic planning, delivery and optimisation of email campaigns for internal and external audiences
  • Using data and performance insights to inform communication strategy, reporting on engagement and impact
  • Developing targeted messaging to engage diverse stakeholder groups across a broad membership network
  • Managing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, including international initiatives, reports and partnerships
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality, on-brand content
  • Driving best practice in email design, segmentation, A/B testing and deliverability
  • Working closely with commercial colleagues on co-branded campaigns that support revenue generation
  • Acting as CRM lead, championing effective data capture, segmentation and campaign optimisation
  • Overseeing website content strategy to ensure information is current, accessible and aligned with organisational priorities
  • Managing a digital membership portal to support collaboration and information-sharing across the network

Requirements

  • Highly skilled in written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
