Job Responsibility:
Leading the strategic planning, delivery and optimisation of email campaigns for internal and external audiences
Using data and performance insights to inform communication strategy, reporting on engagement and impact
Developing targeted messaging to engage diverse stakeholder groups across a broad membership network
Managing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, including international initiatives, reports and partnerships
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality, on-brand content
Driving best practice in email design, segmentation, A/B testing and deliverability
Working closely with commercial colleagues on co-branded campaigns that support revenue generation
Acting as CRM lead, championing effective data capture, segmentation and campaign optimisation
Overseeing website content strategy to ensure information is current, accessible and aligned with organisational priorities
Managing a digital membership portal to support collaboration and information-sharing across the network
Requirements:
Proven experience leading and optimising email marketing campaigns, with strong analytical and reporting capability
An accomplished project manager, comfortable handling multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
Confident using CRM systems to drive targeted, insight-led communications
Highly skilled in written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
Detail-oriented, with excellent organisational and proofreading skills
Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams
Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools
Experience in a membership, public affairs, policy environment
