Job Description:

Assistant/Marketing Communications Manager position at Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong Sha Tin, focused on promoting brand awareness, maximizing revenue through sales techniques, scheduling preview package tours, and supporting Sales & Marketing operations while serving as a role model for fair treatment policies.

Job Responsibility:

Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
Communicate with potential owners via telephone to set up preview package sales/tours
Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours
Explain details and requirements related to attending sales presentations
Verify eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours
Determine and give complimentaries to guests as gifts for patronage
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
Receive, record, and relay messages accurately
Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees
Serve as role model and first point of contact for Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
