The Marketing Communications Manager plays a key role in developing and executing integrated communication tactics across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels. This role contributes to campaign strategy, content planning, and performance optimization, using insights to improve delivery and engagement. As a strategic contributor, you will collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful execution.
Job Responsibility
Develop and publish content across integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and audience needs
Coordinate campaign planning, content calendars, and performance tracking across channels
Apply insights from analytics to refine messaging and improve campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of communication tactics
Explore and apply emerging tools, including AI, to enhance content delivery and engagement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Experienced in campaign execution or marketing communications
Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to inform decisions, and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve content and campaign outcomes
Effective communicator and collaborator across teams and functions
Ability to travel –10-15% travel, overnight, within territory or locations usually for workshops, yearly planning sessions or events
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Nice to have
Prior experience in the Life Sciences industry is preferred but not required
Experience working with campaign planning frameworks, marketing automation, content management, and CRM tools
Experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities, across global teams
