Job Responsibility:
Lead and inspire a small team, fostering growth and driving high performance
Lead and develop our end-to-end marketing communication strategy and activities, ensuring alignment with business goals
Drive digitalization and secure effective integration of marketing platforms and tools across the stack
Build a brand that sparks curiosity through initiatives that differentiate us and capture attention
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, focusing on continuous performance improvement and measurable impact
Own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ROI analysis to guarantee transparency and secure outcomes
Identify and reach growth segments using digital insights and data-driven analysis to maximize reach and conversion
Manage brand protection and trademark infringement matters in close collaboration with Legal, safeguarding our IP
Lead and coordinate internal and external marketing projects, ensuring high-quality delivery across all initiatives in collaboration with other functions
Establish a measurement framework with dashboards and reporting to tie spend to outcomes and optimize continuously
Requirements:
Senior, results-oriented marketing professional with experience from international companies in a managerial role
Educational background, such as a degree in journalism, marketing, communication, or media
Confident working with the full marketing mix and consistently delivering measurable business results
Strong digital mindset, enabling you to analyze data, identify opportunities, and reach new customer segments
Understand marketing technology, platform integration, and the importance of combining creativity with analytics
Previously experienced working with brand or trademark infringement in close collaboration with legal teams
Background in industries undergoing growth or transformation
Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
