Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and inspire a small team, fostering growth and driving high performance
  • Lead and develop our end-to-end marketing communication strategy and activities, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Drive digitalization and secure effective integration of marketing platforms and tools across the stack

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, focusing on continuous performance improvement and measurable impact

Requirements:

  • Senior, results-oriented marketing professional with experience from international companies in a managerial role
  • Educational background, such as a degree in journalism, marketing, communication, or media
  • Confident working with the full marketing mix and consistently delivering measurable business results
  • Strong digital mindset, enabling you to analyze data, identify opportunities, and reach new customer segments
  • Understand marketing technology, platform integration, and the importance of combining creativity with analytics
  • Previously experienced working with brand or trademark infringement in close collaboration with legal teams
  • Background in industries undergoing growth or transformation
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
