Job Description:

Country Marketing Communications Leader role at IKEA Service Office Helsingborg, responsible for leading marketing communication activities to deliver commercial impact while maintaining brand consistency and one clear voice in the market

Job Responsibility:

Lead, brief, and execute marketing communication activities
Ensure commercial impact, brand consistency, and one clear voice in the market
Contribute as core member of Marketing team
Safeguard brand identity ensuring consistency in messaging, tone of voice, and communication
Adapt and optimize global content locally
Lead local campaigns end-to-end including briefing, creative review, production, budgets, timelines, agency management, and campaign follow-up
Collaborate across functions to secure integration and alignment
Represent local needs globally
Work with integrated media team to create and optimize marketing automation initiatives

Requirements:

Several years of experience in Marketing Communications with strong track record of delivering campaigns
Solid knowledge of home furnishing and lifestyle trends
Strong understanding of retail landscape and omnichannel approaches
Broad experience across marketing comms, creative, and production processes
Strong leadership skills
Speed, quality, and follow-through
Fluency in Swedish both spoken and written
