Job Description:

Marketing Communications Leader role at IKEA to execute Marketing Communications Strategy, working cross-functionally to ensure unified voice across customer touchpoints and deliver business impact through integrated campaigns and social media management.

Job Responsibility:

Execute Marketing Communications Strategy
Work cross-functionally with Home Furnishing & Retail Design, Communications and external agencies/partners
Lead integrated campaigns and activities to deliver strong business, brand and consumer impact
Lead and manage Owned Social Media strategy, content calendar, influencer approach and agency team
Act as Marketing Communications representative in Commercial Calendar Group
Lead development and execution of campaign briefs working with creative agency and in-house content creators
Evaluate marketing campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities and apply learnings
Contribute to open and sharing climate role-modelling IKEA values

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing Communications with proven results
Solid track record in briefing, creating and executing marketing communication strategies with creative agencies across multiple channels
Strong leadership capabilities including ability to inspire, collaborate and build trust with stakeholders
Proven ability to understand and execute social media strategies including audience engagement, growth and influencer strategy
Formal qualification in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
Working in-house or at creative agency for minimum of 7 years
Proven experience in leading and executing exceptional integrated marketing national campaigns
Strong social media knowledge managing channels such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube
Strong writing and storytelling skills with ability to translate technical information into engaging content
